Clayton Williams (CWEI) is still remarkably inexpensive. Thanks for the info!

Not late to the game on at least one of the picks above. Clayton Williams (CWEI) looks remarkably inexpensive.

Yahoo's Jerry Yang Needs To Get On With It
I agree he's a nice guy. I truly believe he is caught in something bigger than he understands. Semel would have understood by this point that the deal needs to be done.

He needs to hug the kid and send it off.

March Online Search Market: A Rare Dip for Google
Google is the King and a 1/2 percent gain or loss in a month means nothing statistically.
On the other hand the move up by MSN is notable.

Content Owners Struggle To Compare One CDN To Another
Could you please delineate who the major players in in the CDN field are?
If you would be so kind could you speculate if there will be consolidation in the sector. I would like to know who you consider to be the one or two key players in the group.
      Thanks.

      Ultimately you were correct Mark.
Thanks for the tip. I got in at $4.34 and sold at $8.36 yesterday.
I don't know what to make of it now but I may trade it on a day to day basis.

Who's the Next Internet Takeover Target?
Well, LookSmart (LOOK) of course, MIVA, maybe and a strong contender LOCM, Local.com.

Bebo could fit the social networking needs of MSFT/YHOO.

Solar Stocks Won't Stay Down for Long
Solars like WFR and SPWR should be portfolio mainstays, thin plays like DSTI, ASTI are late 2008 stories you need to be in now.
OEGY.ob is another to take a look at. So many players and why? Because there is an energy revolution taking place and solar is sexy.
Take a look at Germany and Spain and how they view solar.
Then look at the oil rich Arab nations... They are investing in the industry like it's the second coming.

Internet Stocks Aren't Immune to a Recession
You might add LookSmart to your list. They are in the midst of pricing a dutch auction style share buyback between $3.40 and $4.15. They will buy back up to 20 mil. worth hoping to take back 4 mil. plus shares.
The auction ends Feb. 13. The stock seems a safe play in this range at least until then.

Well said. I like your overview. I might offer a few other potential suitors but time will tell for this issue in any case.

Microsoft to Take $240M Facebook Stake, Become Exclusive Ad Platform
You may be right, MSFT has been unkind to LookSmart. for instance their VP of Search Christopher Payne said one month before they canned LookSmart, "We will stick with LookSmart."

Whatever their plans for self serve PPC is it was underway before they chose Gates and Co.
As a matter of fact their Flyer Pro ad platform may just be the LookSmart AdCenter in action, disguised well.
As for the term "spamcenter"... you sound bitter. Please explain.
