Activists Turn Up the Heat - But Can They Save Circuit City?
Wattles ran Hollywood Video into the ground and then lucked out by dumping the chain onto Movie Gallery who promptly went bankrupt.

If Wattles is successful in ousting the CC CEO, I will short the hell out of the stock. Wattles doesn't know how to operate a retail chain and his ego knows no bounds.

      The Fed and the Henhouse
The sky is falling, the Sky is Falling.....and on and on you go....year in and year out. How many years have you forecast Deflation? Meanwhile, prices on everything continue to skyrocket.

Gas prices at a record high. Steel prices at a record high. Food prices at a record high.

Deflation is right around the corner, right?

      Yeah right.

      Internet Hoax Gooses Stock Market
It was Doug Kass' son Ethan who was the rogue trader that lost $12 million at Seth Tobias' hedge fund.

Funny how CNBC didn't disclose that fact in the story about Seth. CNBC is a morally corrupt network. Seth was snorting cocaine like a wild man and he used to work for Jim Cramer. Kass was so close to Seth that he got him a job as a trader. Kudlow was a cocaine addict while working for Bear Stearns.

It's one giant cesspool and they all belong in prison in my opinion.

Brace Yourself For the Payrolls Number
My prediction is that the market goes up tomorrow no matter what the jobs number is. Helicopter Ben gave $200 billion to Wall Street and told them to buy stocks. This market is rigged to go higher. Go along for the ride to scoop up free money.

The Payroll number is whatever the government wants it to be. It is completely meaningless propaganda. Only fools think it has any meaning.

Ruby Tuesday: Turnaround's Still a Year Away
I think RT should convert to a Hooters style format. That would be about the only way that I will ever step foot back inside a Ruby Tuesday.

There will be no recovery. RT is likely to go BK in my opinion.

      The Fed Uncertainty Principle
You've been pounding the table for years that Deflation is right around the corner. Meanwhile, prices on everything are skyrocketing.

      WaMu Alt-A Pool Deteriorates Further
Mish has been screaming Deflation for many years now and has been dead wrong. Anybody who follows his advice is probably wiped out by now. He's never right about anything.

That's why he writes blogs for a living.

Fed Drains Again: 9 Straight POMOs
You forgot the hundreds of billions that have been given to the banks and brokers.

Don't worry too much. $107 oil, $950 gold must be reflective of deflation.

You've been forecasting deflation since $40 oil and $400 gold.

      LOL!!!

Why Is John Mauldin Defending Greenspan?
Mauldin is a war monger inflationist just like his neocon buddies. His muddle thru scenario depends on ever increasing war costs and continued devaluation of the dollar via massive printing and govt. bailouts if needed.

      Visa Reality Check
Checks still represent over 40% of all tender payments. International is a massive opportunity.

Visa will bubble up to $170 and then crash. Naysayers will finally jump on the long side at about $168.

Bear Stearns: Why It's Safe to Bet Against Joe Lewis
Bankruptcy is completely off the table now that brokers can go to the Fed discount window.

Shareholders will vote no on this deal and Bear will be at $30 by mid summer.

      Enjoy!!

      Visa: Already Priced to Perfection
That's some of the worst analysis I've ever read. For one, Visa doesn't get the cash from the IPO. The banks such as JP Morgan and National City sold the shares issued in the IPO and will be receiving the proceeds.

Visa's market share is more than double Mastercards. I expect their market cap will also be more than double. I see the stock going to $80 within 3 months.

      Enjoy the Crow.

      Visa Reality Check
Herb was bearish on Whole Foods for a long time and finally threw in the towel after it quadrupled. Once he finally issued his Mea Culpa, the stock plunged.

Herb is the best contrarian signal I've ever seen.
