Nielson/NetRatings reports that the top 10 social networking sites collectively grew 47% since last year -- a climb from 46.8 million uniques in April 2005 to 68.8 million in April 2006. The data includes blogs -- such as Google's Blogger platform. News Corp's (NWS) MySpace tops the list, with twice the number of unique visitors of its closest rival. The top sites and their growth/decline year over year:

    Social internet is a very hot market and will continue to pick up steam. There is a small social internet website that is making waves in this market. wi-fitv.com Stock Symbol (wtvi)
    The stock price is pennies right now, but in the next 6 months it could skyrocket. They have a new website coming out in early August. Keep a close watch on this new up and coming company

    I came here researching top social networking site. Though you have reviewed only 10 websites, I think information on next 10 website's will be more helpful. Everyone knows about top 10, but people are more interested to learn more who is breaking in top 10 this year!
